So you want to know how to charcuterie?! In this workshop, your resident cheese gal, will teach you how to prepare and pair cheese, charcuterie, and accompaniments. From tools, to how to select the right cheese, and making those amazing salami roses, you'll be sure to pick up some new knowledge. Graze on some delightful bites as we share all the tips (and some tricks) of how to make your next charcuterie board a hit!

The price of the workshop includes all food, tools and instruction. You will curate a small board that you can take home. A small tasting plate is provided for you to taste each item as you build your own board.
